Graves Mill Farm and Rapidan River Ranch are two family owned farms side by side in Madison County VA who need a hand! We are looking for someone with good horsemanship and who is well organized.

Seeking an individual to establish a farm to table program in beautiful Graves Mill Valley in Madison VA.

We partner with Rapidan River Ranch, a regenerative cow calf operation.

Requirements:

Some experience gardening and cooking
Able to lift 50 lbs
Current drivers license
Self Starter
References
Available May - October 2025
No pets allowed

Essential Duties:

Kitchen Garden: Planning, planting, weeding, watering and harvesting a vegetable garden
Pastured Poultry: Daily care and maintaining the health and welfare of our flock of 20 chickens located in a portable coop.
Meals: Planning, preparing, and clean-up for the ranch staff and guests. Four to five family style meals a week.
Work closely with GMF manager, RRR manager, and the owners to understand needs of both farms to develop farm to table programming.
