By signing this agreement, you agree to adhere to Graves Mill Land & Livestock Company, LLC, (GMF, Graves Mill Farm) Policies. General Policies 1. All attendees must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents of guardians are responsible for the care and supervision of their children (17 and under). 2. Please leave your pets at home. 3. No fires or open flames. 4. Do not enter any paddocks or pastures without permission. 5. Some fences may be electrified. 6. Do not enter the large barn at the farmhouse. 7. No person may provide alcohol to any attendee under the age of 21. 8. The use or possession of marijuana or any other controlled substances or drugs is not permitted. 9. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside of or within 25 feet of any building. 10. Weapons of any description, fireworks, and any other incendiaries are not permitted. 11. Swimming is at your own risk. No lifeguards are on duty. 12. Staff at GMF has authority at the properties. GENERAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY (WAIVER) THE PARTIES. This General Release of Liability ("Release") made by accepting the terms and registering below is by and between: Releasor (the Registrant) and Releasee RELEASE OF LIABILITY. Under the terms of this Release and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Releasor (the Registrant) hereby releases and forever discharges the Releasee for RELEASE. Therefore, under the terms of this Agreement and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby release and forever discharge the Releasee, including their agents, employees, successors and assigns, and their respective heirs, personal representatives, affiliates, successors and assigns, and any persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable, whether or not herein named, none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, but all expressly denying liability, from any claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which now have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to any injuries and damages of any and every kind, both person and property and also any injuries and damages that may develop in the future, as a result of or in any way relating to the liability. It is understood and agreed that this Registration is a Release is made and received in complete settlement and satisfaction of the causes of action, claims, and demands mentioned herein; that this Release contains the entire agreement between the Releasor and Releasee; and that the terms of this Release are contractual and not merely a recital. This Release shall be binding upon the undersigned and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.
