The Dooley

One artist would be housed in this private cabin in the woods located on Rapidan River Ranch. Tucked in the woods with view, it is a 1.2 mile walk/bike ride to the farmhouse. Shuttle will be available for dinner.

  • Double and two twins, dorm style room upstairs

  • 1 full bathroom

The Apartment at the Hill's House

One writer would be housed in the Hill's apartment. Includes a large living space with private entrance, kitchenette writing area and twin bed.

About a 1.5 mile walk/bike ride to the farmhouse. Shuttle will be available for dinner.
